Hello. Anyone had issues with printing from Windows 10 to Server 2016/2019. Some users are reporting they are sending jobs to the printer and only some of the jobs are getting printed and other jobs are lost. There no print managed software installed (This has been reported at 2 of my sites) Any ideas?

Hello. Got a odd one here. Some laptops have got a issue with Edge/Chrome and outputting sound. I have tested the speakers on the laptop, and they work but no sound though Edge and Chrome (Might be more programs but only tested these 2) I can see the volume mixer for it moving in the taskbar for the browser but not the speakers one. Has anyone seen this before? I've reinstalled sound drives, BIOS update, Reinstalled Edge but still nothing.

We are waiting on 2 Aurba 2930. Loads of unfi g4 bullets and UNVR-pro. Last i heard with Aurba was March 2023... been on order for about 6 months.

Update. I turned on LLDP and rebooted the port and plugged everything back in and its currently working and behaving the way its spose to. Ive included the below for refernce/compare

Hi, We have a mix of 2920 and 2930 on site (48G POE+ SFP+). But there is no 2930 in this cabinet. As far as i know there they are "af" and "at" panels. I'm going to speak to Paxton to see if they are come across this but i have a feeling that they will blame the switch.

Paxton Panel is plugged in to Port 36 of switch

Switch is under budget. There is only about 6 poe devices plugged in. Its a 48 port switch I will have a look at that and report back.

Hello. Before I start - Yes the switch is POE+ I have a Paxton Net2 panel that won't switch over to POE+. I have reader/touch free exit wired in and that works. When I plug in the dual maglocks the unit restarts and gets stuck a power loop until I disconnect a reader or the dual maglocks. I have seen something online about these switches and POE+ issues but lost it. There are other POE devices plugged in and they are working fine (APs, phone and other paxton panels (only single maglock on the door) Anyone else have same issue or come across this? Thanks

Yeah - Thats what im trying to do. But it just detects that the door is closed all the time. Do i need to add a extra wire within the net2 panel? Ive done a few net2 panels, but this is the first one i'm trying to do with door contacts.

Hello. We have installed a few new doors with access control (RGL monitored Maglocks and Net2 pannels) and i'm trying to wire in the door contacts within the panels. Currently when i try i get it saying the door is closed all the time. or not working. (tired both NO and NC and still the same. Can anyone show me there Net2 Panel with door contacts wired in? Do i need a extra wire that goes somewhere else... Thanks Newp

Wonder if anyone knows of any other ways of getting back in to Office 365 admin. Long story short - We have 2 admin accounts for one of the sites we look after and both passwords are not working. Thats going to be our issue, - We have a mix of the old pen types and led panels. We installed last old driver on our images due to staff moving around.

Bit of a odd one here. Some users are reporting there mouse buttons on both laptop and desktop are swapping around. Its a strange one as they are not changing it. Just as soon as they login the buttons swapped. The laptop is Dell Latitude 5470. And desktops are Dell Optiplex 3050. Both Windows 10 Enterprise. Roaming profiles are being used. Any ideas?
