We have checked that. Keyboard is working. Also its a few other people not just 1 user/devices...

Got a random issue here. Shortcuts like Win+. Win+Shift+S Have stopped working. Nothing has changed within group policy. Has anyone else seen this?

Hello, Just got a UNVR on site and we cant get it out on the internet. We allowed it out on Sophos and we can see traffic going in and out but still not getting "No Internet Detected" Ive SSH in and checked time and date and it seems good. Any ideas?

Got a random issues here. Some users when they are using Edge are getting the date in a US format. - The computer themselves are set in UK language. Anyone else come across this?

Hello, One of our departments uses a Access database - Worked fine for years. This year we have updated our Office to 2019 64bit. (Not by my choice) When we open this database file we get this error. I have seen some bits online but unsure where to add the statements in. Any ideas?

All our DFE laptops. We have wiped and added to our Intune. (Office, Filtering and safeguarding software install though this) I run this at OOBE and install the key. Might be long winded but i know the laptop is licenced.

Yep. Delete all partitions and the installer will recreate them. I install same Windows version and force install the key from the Bios.
