Is there a better script that can do that? The users without mailboxes are in their own ou and have them in their own database. Is there something that I can point a script at?

I need create mailboxes for students in a OU. I have tried to do this in EMC and it won't let me select more than 1 user at a time. (There is about 200 accounts to create email accounts for) also they need to be in there own database Is there a way of doing this quickly? Thanks in advance

Update form the grid. Was a fault with the firewall and fixed the issue. Wonder if they fixed it for all swgfl customers

Got a 2 schools with issues with sending email thought office 365 smtp. (Photocopier and Veeam) Accounts and passwords are fine as i have checked. I get connection issues with Veeam on Port 587. (Both schools are on SWGFL) Anyone else having issues?

I would make sure you have installed the vm tools from the host. Make sure its on the same release as the host.

For my other schools they are showing. But for 1 school its not. I'm unsure if it is managed upsteam. How would i know?

Its getting it from default profile. Grr now to find it in Registry. I have added a change for Office registry that it changes the username to %Username%

Just had a thought. I think when the image was sysprep it may of hardcoded the information from the build profile.... Just logged on to the Terminal server as a test staff and the userinfo is showing "0"

I know I can use mmc. But the users are getting the school or company name in office products rather then the user logged in.

Got a slight problem at a site with office files. We are trying to find out who has files open when other staff members open it. When staff open tries opening an opening document its coming up with the company name rather then the user has it open? I have checked office group policy and disabled 'Use local username and intitals values regardless of signed in user' and still not helping us? Any ideas?

Fixed the issue. Problem with mailbox permission. Deleted the user from the mailbox and resigned it and its working.

I have a user when he opens outlook it won't connect to his mailbox. I tired deleting and recreating the mailbox profile and still no luck. Outlook claims there is a connection issue. It asks for password for the mailbox and errors out. I login as a test user and it works fine. (Same OU) its also following him around (Local Profiles) He can access his emails on outlook.office.com. Just outlook being a pain. (Exchane 2016 hybrid. Mailbox is in O365)

I can send emails out from this address. But can't send emails to this address from another email account.

Hi. It was a users mailbox who left. Converted in to a shared mailbox as it was finance. SMTP settings look fine.

Grr. This has come back again. Can't find anything using the address in the onsite exchange. Any ideas? Getting this error.
