These things may not worry householders over much, as any local emergency is usually not going to bring down the mobile carriers. However, if you run a theatre or similar, then (if you are REALLY doing your risk assessment) you have a problem. Also schools! What does your fire risk assessment say?

One key for the front - and can be copied or new bought to code. However, you need two keys at a time for the back, and I only have two and I need them for the trolley we still use. They are simple cam-locks, available from almost anywhere. A search for the key number turns up a new lock and 2 keys for £10, which is cheaper than buying spare keys! It was working fine two years ago when we got rid of the laptops, but it hasn't been used since then. I have no reason to suspect anything is wrong.

(Can highly recommend the Tradesman in Scorriton - in the a*** end of nowhere) One busy pub - no effort at all. Minimal masking, but shops generally making an effort.

PROVIDING you turn your repairs around fairly quickly. Masking tape leaves a nasty residue after only a few days.
