Very much agree the doors need adjusting to tighten up nice and tight or new seals fitting you can buy the seal in big packs and fit it yourself you can get thicker seals much better than sticky foam junk.

If I was to replace now I would look at using MS Lync particularly if you have a very MS centred system it is just brilliant how it all Lyncs into everything else I am really impressed with it

Had issues with Orange (now EE) for months, network congestion, "Called Dropped" is a regular friend of mine, orange 2 orange calls rining once and going to voicemail saying they are unavaliable yet I can phone them on my landline or anothe phone and it works first time perfectly and the user is in full signal and not doing anything its a bit tiresome. EE support are oh yes we have had problems all is now better or oh well when you made that call we were near the capacity threshold so maybe you were just unlucky and hit the weak spot etc... I am great at getting that I am working from home today and my phone keeps loosing its EE signal and I'm sat at my desk not moving around the house and its a joke keep turning it off and on again to get it back on not great really.

I have a large Tesco Extra here where I am and we don't have a US food section just a large Asian section which seems to suit the local community given the fights of Chipatti flour and 5 gallon drums of oil at the weekend! We had clip on then swapped back to tie-able due to demand and defacing of clip on and then gone back to clip on as many people cannot tie a tie You will never win that one really. As for the school, I think the youthfulness of the SLT is a big plus for them, Mr Mitchell clearly realises that somethings will have to be relaxed for that school due to its location and socioeconomic state IE the high number of FSM. The uniform clearly isn't 100% perfect you can see that in all episodes yet I haven't seen too many blazing arguements over it, a few comments but that is it when I think about where I have worked and uniform it shows how other priorities are higher such as getting grades. The style of teaching show by many in the program is also modern and in some ways how my maths teacher taught me GCSE maths well over 10 years ago and how ahead of his time he was and show that not ever child responds with "I'm gonna sue you" for telling them they will fail or to get off there lazy backside and get on with some work. Full marks to him and his team it is a good way of working and I am sure there is many bad times for them and students but with that group of staff it will work well for them

How would that work, maybe more of a question for @Millgate as Office 365's downloadable copy of Office 365 is for 1 user to use on 5 PCs I thought not for any user to use on 5 PCs? Maybe I have misunderstood how Office 365 works? That is why I suggested EES as you just license the entire staff and then you have unlimited PCs on-site that are covered for any user be it staff or student and you just update the FTE count once a year at renewal.

They put they all have a PC each plus 3 per classroom so thats 260 staff = 260 staff PCs plus 3x 20 classrooms = 320PCs

Yes its been a good laugh and shows what a young and vibrant SLT can do in a school in my view, none of this namby pamby stuff !
