Hi @Helen25, if you install the office 2016 GPO's templates, under powerpoint there is a option to disable Presenter Mode by default. as when office is installed powerpoint defaults to presenter mode (extended display). if you need to sort it quick for someone if the GPO isnt sorted open powerpoint in options > Advanced >display change the option for Automatically extend display when presenting on a laptop or tablet. hope this helps

it would be on the computer for outlook. but with you losing the distro groups sounds like somthing has gone wrong on the address book policy. are you using a custom address book policy?

Hi RigiditySpoon, welcome to edugeek, switch the client out of cached mode then update the address book. as the address book is typically only synced with clients once a day. this includes address lists and Distribution Groups. hope this helps. if not i will check some of my exchange books
