Hi All, I had so much fun flying the new Rotor Evolution 180mm Curve frame the other day that I just had to share the video, this little beast is amazing, I hit trees, fences and benches but the quad didn't even need a prop change which means more time flying and less time tinkering, perfect. This tiny quad handles very similar to a well tuned 250mm quad but with less mass which means a crazy power/weight ratio. Best viewed full screen 1080p

Hi All, Here are some fun flights in and around Drake's Leat near Plymouth in Devon. The day was sunny with very strong wind so this section of the leat was perfect to fly in with shelter from the trees. Flying close proximity at speed in this kind of situation is so much fun. Both quad frames are using the new 'unbreakable' props which help a lot among the trees but they do soon become unbalanced after a few good knocks. Best viewed full screen 1080p

Hi All, Here is a quick practise race I got to have with Somerset FPV Racing Group, I had been flying the Spanky 5 all morning so thought it was time to take the Spanky 6 up with the GoPro to get some nice footage. During the second lap the wind did pick up a bit but that added to the challenge. Both quads are running 3s on 5" props. Hi all, Now the racing season is over its time to finally get back to some FPV adventures. Here is some clips of a the fun had at a place that needs to have a revisit soon The props I am using for these flights are Gemfan Master Series 5x4x3 and 5x45x3BN, these props are so efficient and spool up noticeably faster than similar style props I have used. Both sets are very durable and lived up to the punishment of the day. The 5x4x3 were very useful inside the building giving amazing grip in the tight corners without floating and the 5x45x3BN gave extreme top end speed and power outside but still giving precision and grip at low RPM. The match of Armattan Frame, Gemfan props and Acehe lipo has been a game changer for the way I fly lately and has given me so much confidence in the kit to go out and tackle any situation head on. Thank you to BrimzFPV and Matt for an amazing FPV adventure and for spotting on the day.

Hi All, The UK Drone Show 2015 covered all aspects of the drone industry and one of the largest drone events for consumers to ever happen in the UK. It took place at the National Exhibition Centre (NEC) in Birmingham on the 5th and the 6th of December 2015. UK Drone Show 2015 - Home Leading up to the Show in December at the NEC a few of us got the chance to have a fly about and test the signal of our FPV gear inside the halls before the main event. Here I am flying the Fossil Stuff Gravity 280 which was part of a prize I won at the recent British FPV Nationals. Its a very well designed and sturdy frame that has the advantage of a very clean surface on the bottom meaning the hall floors were the perfect area to test some slides. This is probably the only time I have intentionally tried to hit the ground while flying (apart from landing of course lol) and it was great fun but needs more practise to make it smooth The next video begins with a staged race between myself and MarkG_R1 for a BBC camera man to get some consistent close proximity shots of the quads in formation going round the track. At the end of the day a few of us decided to go anti-clockwise round the track after doing 100+laps the other way, this was great fun and lead to some great racing against TheTonStar1. The next video was not a race, it was a game of pure survival. Due to the electrics in the floor and other exhibitors using the Fatshark channels (when they shouldn't be) we had terrible FPV reception during the day, some pilots had much better views on other channels or frequency sets like Boscam. I was flying in "keep it in the air" mode and had great fun and a good challenge. Such a fun event with so much to see and do, there was all the big names of FPV in the UK in attendance along with some of the top pilots in Europe like MetallDanny who I got to race against all day as he was in my heats. This amazing course was setup by the awesome chaps at HoverSpeed RC, the BFG obstacle in the middle of the track added so much enjoyment and took the track to another level along with the tunnels and flags, check out their site: fpv racing, airgates, drone racing FPV footage was captured using Fatshark Dominator HD V2's purchased with confidence from FirstPersonView, Awesome service and such a friendly company to deal with, check out their site: http://www.FirstPersonView.co.uk

Recently got the opportunity to have one flight at the amazing Anglesey Race Circuit. With so much space and so little objects about I was a bit lost but had so much fun anyway. I had been flying a huge Yuneec H920 Tornado all day so it was quite a shock to get back on the sticks of a racer. I am stood next to the Race Track control tower which turns out was not the best spot as it blocked my direct LOS but luckily the spotter had eyes on the quad at all times.

After a full weekend of fun I was down to my last backup quad, old faithful Immersion RC 250 Pro with 6" arms. Here is a fun flight up and down the mountain, on stock settings and not being flown in a while the old bird handled well but a little sloppy on the controls. This flight was just for pure fun and to take in the beautiful surroundings. Huge thank you to Team Break Out FPV for an awesome weekend

Hi All, Here is a quick flight at a friends place. The location is beautiful and has sat untouched for many years which means there is an adventure via FPV at every turn. For once I didn't venture into the woods but instead had plenty of objects to fly around and do a few laps. Best viewed full screen 1080p

Hi All, I managed to get two full flights done at this beautiful location (the full flight shown was my second flight), the air was very calm inside the ruins but unpredictable near the windows and walls. I had so much fun flying through the windows but some had to be left alone due to plants and ivy. Normally I stand while flying FPV, Sitting down makes me rock all over the place as you can see in the video, during calm moments in the flying I have to reset my body position. No props were harmed in the making of this video The extra shots and time-lapse are taken using a Mobius (normal lens) and a GoPro Hero 3 Blk Edt. Best viewed full screen 1080p

With only 6 lipo's available the challenge was on to explore this amazing location without destroying my one and only quad. For my quad I choose a full Gemfan power train using Maverick 24a DShot600 ESCs, Gemfan GT2205 2450Kv motors with Gemfan Windancer 5042 props, this combo I could be sure of reliability and performance whatever the conditions. Special thank you to SliderFPV from DroneIsLife.co.uk for this edit. I have always wanted to see what someone else could do with my footage as I very often get quite a backlog of epic spots that need editing. Hi All, Here is some recent flights were I got to meet some local FPVers, the weather was not great but I had great fun chasing other objects around the sky and just couldn't resist getting among the trees. Best viewed full screen 1080p

Hi All, Here's the harsh cuts of some of the flights I did around the beautiful Cornish garden recently. Warning there is some close proximity flying to myself and spotter (not trying to feed the trolls here) that I suggest no one else do as it was very risky but we both accepted full responsibility for anything going wrong. These flights were done on private property with the permission of the land owners, no one had access during my flights. Setup: ZMR 1804 2400Kv motors 12Amp Afro ESC's Acro Naze32 FrSKY Taranis with X8R Fartshark Attitude SD's with vTx & vRx Skew Planar antenna (Gav's) RealFPV Spanky FPV frame Nano-Tech 1400mAh 3s Lipo RCTimer carbon 5x3 props Best viewed full screen 1080p

Hi All, A quick revisit to this stunning woods turned out to be great fun. I was convinced that I would be taking the quad home in broken twisted parts but luckily not a single prop was damaged, maybe I just wasn't going fast enough lol. The woods are part of the Great Devon Consols which has a long history of mining, you can see a spoil heap in the video that I dive off for some adrenaline fun. Best viewed full screen @1080p

Hi All, Now that the evenings are starting to get lighter, me and a few friends had the first "after work" flight of the year. I have never been to these ruins of old Cornish mine buildings so decided to explore via FPV. I used some smaller and lighter Lipo batteries for more performance on some of the flights at the cost of less air time but increased fun factor. Best viewed full screen @1080p

Hi All, Here is a quick flight around the parade ground of Plympton Castle near Plymouth, Devon. I could not fly near the castle as there were too many people around. Its hard to find things to do in an open space but finding the path kept me well entertained and I enjoyed it so much I thought I would share. No real test of skills or scary bits, just plain good fun Best viewed full screen at 1080p

Hi All, Here we have a small time trial course setup buy the guys at Hoverspeed RC using their new line of Pro Air Gates and FPV Race flags. Time trials are great fun having a defined line to race on which gives you a good way to challenge yourself and friends to some fun friendly racing without the hassle of getting FPV frequencies correct or hitting each other but then that's half the fun lol Best viewed full screen 1080p 60FPS
