  5. I had this until I created a DNS record internally. I had to create an A record of autodiscover. under my public DNS name internally schoolname.co.uk zone pointing autodiscover.schoolname.co.uk to autodiscover.outlook.com HTH

  11. When you extracted the latest HAP build did you allow read and write access to the App_Data folder?
  12. Have you removed the bit from the web.config that says <---remove this for IIS8 ---> Assuming you are using IIS8 that is.

  21. HAP follows NTFS permissions. Deny that user / group write permissions in Security on the folder and you should be fine. We have an area here that pupils cannot read to and on HAP the Upload button doesn't appear.
  22. I notice the IP you have specified reads 10.10.10.10. which is wrong. No need for the trailing . on the end.
