Hi Nick, the string $("#ticket-note").val(""); doesnt exist in the default.aspx.

Cheers Nick, that would be awesome.

I believe after several attempts to go to outlook you get the option to always go to outlook.

My scripting is non existent but I wonder how I could link admission number to Display Name and then import the photographs according to Admission Number.

Thanks Richard, I saw that utility but the concept of matching nearly 500 faces to names I didn't like. What filenames does the utility give the photographs?

Hi @nickbro Back in v9 I asked how to put pre filled text into a new helpdesk ticket and you answered here: http://www.edugeek.net/forums/home-access-plus/130526-pre-filled-text-helpdesk.html You said that in v10 this is possible too. I have updated to v10.1 and would like to know how I do this? Ta

Just throwing this out. Is it a file on the disallowed filetypes list? -

Hi @nickbro, Is there any way I can pull all photographs of staff and students from SIMS and upload them into AD to use with HAP? At present there are no defining unique features between SIMS and AD such as UPN's to distinguish who is who, other than First Name and Last Name. Currently I have uploaded the staff manually. Matt

I'd run a startup script of del C:\Users\Public\Desktop\*.* /f /s /q To delete the contents. There is also a group policy for this but it hides some other stuff.

I always knew they did that but never seen it on such a small and up close scale. I've always seen entire forests doused. -
I did that back in XP but won't be again as windows updates broke it all the time.

I like the look of that. Would love to know how to do that on my W7 domain.

As others have said, hold Left Click to mine. Also get a nice mouse. I play Minecraft a bit and I have no finger related problems

O365 and OnSite Active Directory - Should I merge?
fairm010 replied to soveryapt's topic in Cloud Services
Hmm it's something I've wanted to do for ages but to be honest I don't think it is worth it at the moment. (Only our staff are on O365) Cheers! -

fairm010 replied to soveryapt's topic in Cloud Services
Are there any other benefits to linking the two via ADSync other than the same password? -

O365 and OnSite Active Directory - Should I merge?
fairm010 replied to soveryapt's topic in Cloud Services
What I want to know is: My users have been on Office 365 since March with their own mailboxes. If I start syncing with on site AD will it overwrite their mailboxes with new accounts or simply change the password for the existing ones if it sees the email address match? -
Getting this too. Redirects to microsofthup.com which is different to the cert.

As ITGURU said, slow logins could be anything from bloated roaming profiles to stuck login scripts. Provide some more details of how printers, mapped drives etc are deployed.

I have 3 DC's here. I point clients to our PDC as primary and another DC as secondary. Works well.

Doubleclick.net - Do you block it?
fairm010 replied to jmair's topic in Internet Related/Filtering/Firewall
I have ad.doubleclick.net blocked and it doesn't cause any issues. Only thing is it blocks the ad banner on the YouTube page which embeds a block screen within YouTube so if you don't look properly it looks like YouTube is blocked!
