There is a GPO to hide the notification area but leave the clock. I just added a desktop shortcut to the Volume Mixer and disabled the notification area. -

Ah I see you have one of those expensive iBuckets! I have a water cooler outside my office that isn't plumbed in so I have to empty the overflow tank in it occasionally.

I run HAP and our school website on a VM with 4GB RAM and 2 vcores. Works no problem at all. I'd say most likely the ISP is reverse proxying.

I think Nick looked into this before. If I remember right you need AD federation but he never got it going.

I believe that error appears when the user has no AD picture and that is HAP telling you so.

Actually having listened to the whole thing I agree, the customer was very rude. I know how frustrating these things can be but he was very rude.

Listening to it now, quite funny. I have had this numerous times. In the end I write to them requesting written confirmation that my service has been cancelled.

No they are correct. You need to set up the forwarder on your public IP to point to your web server. Then point hap.domain.com to your public IP. You can then access it via hap.domain.com/HAP

Any reason why they only accept hap.domain.com? Our public IP on port 443 forwards to our internal IP port 443. So our HAP is accessible via remote.domain.co.uk/HAP. This allows us to access other websites running on port 80 on the web server.
