  1. Ive seen this on other kit before, where we had different bios versions
  2. @EduTech ***bump***
  3. 3.8 as well as handling updates when Sims apps are open
  4. Wouldn't it be good to tie this all up with the new homework and marksheets stuff too @PhilNeal
  5. You can just add the details now as a reply, or edit your original. Either is fine
  6. Another +1 for wsb...simple and quick
  7. You could also look at Salamander, to automagically deal with user accounts and archiving (rather than deleting) old accounts. Goes a bit further than your query, but will save you having to import or manually create new users.
  8. Congratulations
  9. Eeek. Have a good time...packed wetsuit and flippers? Its supposed to be getting wet
  10. Welcome newbies! Grab a brew, and we'll supply the edu-hobnobs
  11. Impressive!! Major multi monitor)age going on there...
  12. Good shout. Well worth looking In to, and I'm sure you will get interest
  13. Typical, make things complicated with similar names!
  14. This was the post that Ive used to do it recently. Much easier than the old 2008 FGPP was.
  15. Fms user accounts have always been a bit of fun when changing servers. If you have done a dbdetach, this should bring everything with it. Heard of it not being right on a dbattach before tho. Definately wont like the sql way. Do you not still pay licence for fms? Your support entitlement would be worth checking ..its an interesting conundrum that one
  16. It will need to be at the version of fms that first supported 2012, which I cant remember off the top of my head. If not, you will need to attach it to a 2008 instance, upgrade it and migrate it.
  17. Scruffy so-n-so :-p
  18. @PhilNeal Ah, that makes sense, use multiple filters on a report to get the information rather than complicate the choices
  19. The f8 is enabled in the pxe boot image properties pages. Ita a check box, cant remember off hand which tab it's on tho.
  20. Does it actually stop mid sending the file, or is it at another stage in the capture task sequence. Shift the "failed" error dialog out of the way to check. Ive seen this in the actual send stage because of disk space and file restrictions, but usually its at another point. Check network connectivity from the client at the fail point (need to enable f8 tools in your winpe boot for this)
  21. Heard good things about the sophos utm as well
  22. Shesh....much throttling!! At least they are updating often
