I don't think you'll find the magic solution on here, if you struggle to answer the questions you'll really struggle to implement a quite complex solution. Have you considered contracting out ?

For file permissons look at wisesoft NTFS fix. Amazing piece of software.

It's basically a DVR similar to Sky+ so get it done in school and treat it as a server .

Windows media centre with a tv card. Most BBC stuff is repeated in the early hours so if they miss it you can record it. PLus you can series link recurring themes. Things like the local news, time team, bang goes the theory.

MDT is a way of creating an image comprised of software packages. WDS is a way of distributing the images, SCCM is the way of automating the process. LEarn MDT install WDS Install SCCM and use it to automate and schedule the things your doing with MDT

don't think that MDT will be a quick process. It takes a long time to create , test and deploy. It is very much worth it though. It's not just for new installs though, you can use it to install programs to existing computers and even allow teachers the ability to install their own programs!

Good Morning EduNam. I have a Ricoh 5000b printer with a Ethernet port all ready to go, i'm told I need an sd card to enable the Ethernet port. Bad news is I've been quoted £300!. Does anyone know where I can get the sd card myself and if its easy to fit?

I thinik you can address appdata directly using %appdata%\Local\Microsoft\Commun icator\[email protected]\GalContacts.db Disclaimer. I'm thinking out loud here. Test test and test!

Might be worth not spending the cash up front but instead finding out costs and supplier and then spending the cash if you need to. I don't have any sort of contingency budget but when the servers go pop and I cant fix them I know how much the solution will cost! -
Tara obviously adores the little lad by the way she doesn't rip him a new one for manhandling her!. It's amazing how tolerant animals are with little people and people who they feel need protecting.

About signal boost from Orange as ,mmoseley says its not ideal but like the op I can only get signal outside my house so its better than nothing!.
