Just finished 'A Gentleman in Moscow' by Amor Towles and now reading his 'Rules of Civility', both great reads.

Completely agree but unfortunately my Wife doesn't!

I bought a Giant gravel bike last year for similar reasons, lots of off road to be had round here (Cotswolds) but still goes well when you need the roads to get to the next track. I was out after work last night on some really rough stuff and it copes really well, its actually quite comfy. I absolutely love it, great fun.

Just checked on ours and I can see 365 account backups still there from last years students that left in Sept (Yr13) and the previous year as well and also Staff that left in Sept 2021 are still there.

We're experiencing the same thing, this is what PS have told us: We are aware of an increase in emails sent from the IRIS/PS Financials software not always reaching the desired recipient, as they are being incorrectly identified as sending spam. We have been investigating how we can avoid this issue and what should be best practice. To this end, we recommend that the best way to ensure emails are delivered safely is for customers to use their own email infrastructure to send emails from the Emailing Suite, which will vastly reduce the possibility that the emails are incorrectly perceived to be malicious. This will also allow customers to retain full control of SMTP settings and make updates or changes that may be required. The change is very simple to implement and of course we will assist with the set-up. If your SMTP provider is Microsoft, however, you may prefer not to choose this option as the sending limits set by this provider are overly stringent and you may find your account becomes blocked if you are perceived as sending too may emails. We are able to offer a different solution which would require some information from you and a small amount of configuration by your IT provider. Initially we will require a list of all your domains which are used for sending email. We will then create three entries for each domain which your IT Support will need to add into your DNS. We would then make the required changes to your IRIS/PS Financials system so that your emails are routed through a provider called SendGrid, which should prevent them from being marked as spam. This their latest update: Further to my message last week, I just wanted to let you know that it looks as there has been a recent change by Microsoft to their Office 365 software, which is severely impacting all of our customers using their own O365 for the Emailing Suite. We've lost a total on 12 staff in the last 24 hours, 3 from one dept. Business Manager has just said that they'll possibly have to close the school for earlier years and prioritise Yr10, 11 & 13.
