Have you got any tricks for getting it back in? It's easy to say it can be put back but the fact that they come off so easily means they can go missing just as easily! Crusader say they've sold 10,000s and had no complaints.

Civica have been shockingly bad. We're looking at other cashless catering suppliers now and ParentPay's BlueRunner looks good. Has anyone had experience with it?

What is the problem you're having with the Crusader headphones? For us the cushion part comes away so easily that some of them come out of the case 'damaged'.

We just remotely restart the Salto service whenever we have this problem. Fixes it straightaway. Happens a couple of times a term to our two USB readers.

Why don't private schools like to advertise a salary?

Are you replacing the current Senior IT Tech? What is the salary range for that role?
