I have a feeling you need to do it via FTP do you not? Best bet is post directly in the Smoothwall forum or contact support directly.

Well an Update for you all, arrived earlier today and screen swapped in 25 mins wasnt that hard tbh

I have a friend who does food trailers at festivals - so I was slaving away working for him at Reading festival! And it was rather busy!
-
Erm well I was stood in front of the griddle for 6 hours straight with the phone in my pocket, the heat coming out from the burners was making my legs roasting and the phone appears to come off worse...
-
See the video above - looks fairly straight forward! And yeah I'm not working any more festivals for my friend on the griddle plate!

Thats potentially a good idea so is Nested ESXI - I am just finding the best person to speak with @ VMware and Veeam so I will see what they say is the best way to do this is.
-
Yup - but if you take the likes of VMware 5.1 it is not supported on HL DL380 G5's - if we get to ESXI 9 it will probably mean that 5.1 is not supported on say HP DL380 G12 etc. I also need to ask the same question of Veeam. Essentially we are looking at potentially using Veeam Cloud to indefinitely keep a copy of a File server in Amazon Glacier (for regulatory reasons), which would mean that if we had to we could get back a copy as a VIB file of a Server from now in 2020 for example.

Yeah I emailed the company and they replied within a couple of mins - just managed to get order in before half 4 so hoping it will be here tomorrow, S4 + griddle = no lcd working.

Get the basic Lync online (1.30 each) - we have it here, after 5 mins of inactivity it shows you as away - is also good instant messenger and you can do internal video calls etc

Is this it? SAMSUNG I9505 GALAXY S4 LCD TOUCH SCREEN DISPLAY COMPLETE ORIGINAL GENUINE WHITE | eBay

I've managed to cook (yes cook) the LCD screen in my Samsung S4, It looks quite easy to replace (video Here). But I can't seem to find many people online who sell the correct parts - I need glass and LCD. Anybody recommend anywhere?

My Bad - VM's, we a looking at long term (10 years plus) archival of VM's and need to make sure they will be bootable, it might be something to take up with them.
-
Does anybody know if VMware guarantee backward compatibility in future revisions?
-
Yes - it was withdrawn as it was accidentally included with Forefront Endpoint client http://www.edugeek.net/forums/enterprise-software/95532-subject-inadvertent-entitlement-removed-forefront-online-protection-exchange.html
-
I believe it was forefront online protection for exchange but they didn't actually mean to allow it free to education and then removed the entitlement.

I believe back when Sims originally came out it was a recommendation that Sims sat in a separate Admin domain to the students. The only way I can see have a single Forest would be good in an Academy Federation as mentioned above, Having 1 forest but say each secondary school having its own domain. Having 2 forests and then multiple domains doesn't make sense personally in my head. But I have also have a client spread all over the south east at 10 sites using a single domain and DFS replicating user data back to the HQ for backing up. A common data folder is then replicated between all sites.

It won't be in the South - they are in Preston.

My guess is casio LED bulbless in the long term cheaper than a bulbed projector at £350 + 1 or 2 bulbs

The normal culprits are Java, Flash or Adobe Reader I have found.

What proxy do you use? Is it using AUTH?
-
But they are awful at detecting it, it could be somebody else's device, CCTV server anything.
-
Sounds me to like there is a device with conficker, I seem to remember that was a culprit for this.
-
Well technically that is a subdomain on a subdomain is it not? Why not just remote.school.county.sch.uk?

What is the homepage? TBH with IE a few seconds to do anything is pretty quick. Mine takes around 6/7 seconds to load 2 pages on a I5 8GB ram and SSD machine so upto 10 doesn't surprise me. What are the add-on which are enabled?
