Hi I have an issue at the moment were the bill run is going into a PDF but it will only go to 200 bills the reset of SIMS is printing ok? What needs to be changed to get the full bill run?

Pleases show me how that can be done as I normally what to do all SIMS update in one go? Thanks

You can but it will not let you deploy an update that needs a certain DB version unless you have the update that is scheduled to be deployed? You cant't do Full version>Patch if certain DB version is needed.

Why Capita can't I apply a patch as part of a Schedule I want to apply Patch 24825 after I moved to the latest version of SIMS. But Captia you stopped me being a grown up and Scheduling all the updates and then the patch why did you let the developers make such a naff option? Also why cant I just get all the update for all products and then apply in the Capita approved sequence? I want a button that says update and to be able to set a time that is all!!!

I happy with the final document being save on a USB drive it if a user come back to the same machine the following day to do another exam. The questions is does it mater if they can access their own work. But they should be to busy accessing in the current exam.

How do you stop students going back to an old exam that is auto saved? Student will put them on a USB but I don't want to have to clear down each machine after exams? I trying to make my setup as hands off as possible also I don't want spell check? Or would it be possible at the end of a day to run a scheduled script to look for the backup file form cached profiles every morning to start the exam day fresh?

The one purchasing decision that might be worth taking today it is a hosted backup service. Or at least reviewing the last successful backup and at the very least get a NAS to backup to.

Yes it is a pain if you want to apply a patch and you need a certain database version. You might have the upgrade in the solus3 update schedule but the patch does schedule.

I would not want a CAD suite running on Wi-fi my view is domain joined machines are pain on Wi-fi. Could you not have pc round the edge with tables moving in the middle for the all together group activity. Otherwise you need chrome books with a gpu aided vdi system to back it up.
