  1. Yes, IP addresses have been set-up in LGfL's Mail Relay Rules and I've done everything outlined in the video.
  2. Hi, hope everyone is doing well. Has anyone successfully set up email alerts for iDrac, iLO or HP SANS using LGfL's MailRelay? I've been trying but keep getting no emails come through or errors, I've tired various settings and nothing seems to work. Does anyone have any ideas or has anyone successfully got it working and can share their settings?
  3. Just wondering if someone could help with an issue we're having at the moment. We are suddenly not able to receive internal calls or make any external calls. We have contacted our line providers and they have said that everything looks good with the line and are blaming an internal fault with the system. I have done some testing, running the "show ISDN status" command shows the following: pxrouter>show isdn status Global ISDN Switchtype = primary-net5 %Q.931 is backhauled to CCM MANAGER 0x0003 on DSL 0. Layer 3 output may not apply ISDN Serial0/0/0:15 interface dsl 0, interface ISDN Switchtype = primary-net5 L2 Protocol = Q.921 0x0000 L3 Protocol(s) = CCM MANAGER 0x0003 Layer 1 Status: DEACTIVATED Layer 2 Status: TEI = 0, Ces = 1, SAPI = 0, State = TEI_ASSIGNED Layer 3 Status: 0 Active Layer 3 Call(s) Active dsl 0 CCBs = 0 The Free Channel Mask: 0x00000000 Number of L2 Discards = 0, L2 Session ID = 204 Total Allocated ISDN CCBs = 0 Layer 1 Status is showing as deactivated. On the router itself, the "AL" light is showing amber. The strange thing is with the cable unplugged the "AL" light on the router is still showing as amber and if I run the "show ISDN status" command, it's still showing "Layer 1 Status: DEACTIVATED" I also ran the "show inventory" command and the interface card is shown with details of serial number so I think the card is not at fault. Attached are some pictures of the PX Router and the BT box, could anyone help out and let me know how we can resolve this and if it is in fact in internal issue or an external one with our line providers?
  4. Thanks... I managed to get it working using the following command: mklink /J "C:\Program Files\SIMS" "C:\Program Files (x86)\SIMS"
  5. So what does this do? Create an actual folder in Program Files called SIMS? The commandPulsar file is in the folder C:\Program Files\SIMS\SIMS.net
  6. Bringing up an old thread instead of creating a new one but we're getting the error message mentioned by the original poster. However, we have a mixture of 32-bit and 64-bit machines. How do we get around this issue? I thought changing it in FMS would only affect the PC it's installed on but it's changed it for FMS in general on all installations.
  7. Do you know when it was introduced and do you have further information on it? It is annoying... even more so because staff don't understand that profiles are deleted and that's why they are being asked every time they log in.
  8. Just wondering if someone could help me. When our users sign in to Google Gmail, they are presented with the screen below after logging in. I had at first thought that it was only on the first log in but it looks like every time the PC profile is deleted (upon a restart) the message reappears again. Does anyone know a way of removing this message via Google Gsuite?
  9. Do you happen to know what permissions is required for the user and what folders required write permissions on the local PC?
  10. Launching NOVA through SIMS. How do you check the versions? Everything else is goign through fine. SIMS has been upgraded to the latest version. The Data Manager has been able to use and do things with NOVA from the workstation. Permission for the user or the workstation?
  11. We've got an issue within NOVA-T6, when going to Model > Load Curriculum from SIMS we are getting the an error message after entering a date and clicking OK on the Load Data from SQL window. Does anyway know how to fix this?
  12. Just tried Validate Membership and still the same. Not sure what's gone wrong.
  13. No, the history shows them is the correct Year/Reg group. It's all grey until their start date next week, and thenorange bars displaying the correct year/reg group.
  14. Straight on roll with a future start date. Where is the pre-admissions area?
  15. Just wondering if anyone could help with this strange issue. We have added two furtue admits to SIMS. They have the correct Registration Group, Year Group and Year Taught In within Panel 2 - Registration. However, when we browse for these students (Status - Future), the Year Group, YTI and Reg Group shows them in a year above with the number in brackets. For example, student A is in Year 10 within the Registration Panel, but appears in Year 11 within browse panel. Why is this happening and how to we resolve it?
