Does seem strange that the BBC stop broadcast comedy when the Queen liked the odd joke. Also comedy helps us get through stuff like this.

I was once was a non changer of banks then my bank annoyed me and both my wife and I move using the 7 day switch. Months latter wife sister transferred money to the old account it found its way to the correct account. One of the tools Monzo has is to pay DD and standing order bills from a pot. So on payday the funds for these gets transferred into the pot. -

Has anyone else set Teams to clear chats after a set time I know the UK Parliament IT systems clear teams at the end of the day.

Do remember that the SIP trunks into MS Teams can be provided by a third party and you only need as many as your old ISDN the same with DDI numbers. The cleaver use of these is where you can save money. Also using existing hardware for the client side also helps.

I finally got through to sse airtricity and now have a 15% discount applied. The electricity companies are rubbish in NI they are only open normal office hours. Also they apply a DD bi monthly! Has anyone looked at the cost of smart radiator valves? So you can control room individually. So no heat in the bedrooms during the day and heat downstairs. There starting to get worth the cost! -
Also MS passwordless authentication requires a vpn. Having worked for a cloud first organisation we had some issues with not having a vpn.

I find it amazing that a school I joined removed Bromcom and went back to sims. Think being self hosted did not help the situation so missing the benefit of cloud hosting. To me a cloud MIS is a must it them mean that you can use a web device to access it.

We used to be with https://www.annodata.co.uk and they seem to do a good job. It also handy if your Papercut or other print management can be included in the contract.

China has show to be untrustworthy county and has stopped the Hong Kong government being independent.

We should never have done business with China before they introduce democracy and human rights. I’am not sure what we do now? Also Twain is a country!

The subnet change is very poor I also think that any change request have to be signed of by the head which is some what of a pain. We were with the old LGFL option which was just internet no filtering or firewall and that worked for our needs.
