So MS say you make recovery disk using working machine then you copy over the machine specific files to make your disk. So I not sure how to replicate this I suppose l build a drive then I need to make an image of it. I am wondering if I could build a windows 10 drive and then do the same. How could I convert the disk back to a iso or Wim?

Has anyone worked out how to build a USB disk that can contain several recovery image for the Surface range? This is for when Intune reinstall has not worked.

I think it is easier if you have an Data manager that can be an expert in your MIS and education the rest of the team and staff. They can understand the data and own the migration. We do seem to have have an issue of certain generation of staff being SIMS addicts. Also all the schools in NI are stuck with the rubbish c2k centralised contract that includes SIMS.

Any suggestions Edge browser is crashing when going to upload a file. It seems to be anything that involve the file upload process that is crashing the browser process. It this separate process that is crashing out as I am able to kill that window and we are back to other Edge Window.

I have an issue that a laptop does bitlocker has only created a TPM protector not a recovery password. The laptop is managed by Intune and I see this if I use the command PS> Get BitLockerVolume I see only the TP protector listed. How can I generate the recovery password? I think there was an issue where the logged in user had two accounts so that stopped it registering properly.

I have an Intune registration that does have the device listed.
