We are having a play around with spiceworks and are trying to configure the LDAP settings. We can set it up so that it tries to add all 3000+ users from AD, however we want to set it up specifically for All Staff. I have created a group in AD and made the users members of this group, however they wont go in. My Colleague tells me that you can only connect to an OU, is this right? Our Users are currently spread across 3 different OU's at present, so any help will be much appreciated.

i have a different issue. It only happens on some PC's but i cant seem to fix it. When a user creates a new drawing and extrudes the image, the drawing is displayed with a wire frame, not the enhanced profile it says it is (all areas filled etc...) Has anyone come across this issue before?

i am currently reading The Thirteenth Tale by Diane Setterfield, i am rather enjoying it. My girlfriend is an English Teacher and has a closet full of books she has recommended to me. Have recently read No Time For Goodbye by Linwood Barclay and it was excellent. Have a couple more of his books in the pile which i am looking forward to getting to read

we regularly use them for projector installs, smartboard installs, cabling a room etc... and they have been brilliant. We have never had any complaints with any jobs that they have done for us over the past 4 years or so. I would highly recommend them to you
