Whereas for me Netsweeper is old, outdated and frustratingly unusable. It really comes down to personal opinion. I would be looking at cloud solutions like Lightspeed Filter and Securly now, long before I put an appliance in my building.

Zero. The free tier gives you 50 hours runtime a week, and as most people will nip in and out to run commands and only work 40 hours a week, you'll never ever touch the edge.

Demand better? That's the resignation to inevitable I'm talking about. Microsoft have done a fantastic job of setting up the expectations.

Also, whichever one you use, its a really good idea to set GAM up in Cloud Shell. That way, its accessible wherever you can log in with a Google account, and it's much more secure than having it on a local machine. Obviously as an admin you should have 2 Step Verification on also. I find it interesting that the attitude towards Windows bad updates is very different from other OS vendors. If this was a MacOS or Chrome problem there would be way more uproar. Maybe Microsoft's got people conditioned to be used to updates going wrong?

Ghostbusters: Afterlife. I really, really enjoyed this. It hit the nostalgia drum a bit hard, but that's kind of what you wanted from a film like this. McKenna Grace is going to be an A list megastar, and Carrie Coon and Finn Wolfhard work well as her mother and brother respectively, but it's definitely McKenna Grace's film. The managed to rebuild the dynamic between Egon and Ray in McKenna's Phoebe and Logan Kim's Podcast (the breakout role of this, every time he was on screen it was fun!) and passed the baton to lay the groundwork for more movies in the future. It was smart to position potential sequels with the characters they did (without getting into spoilers) because you have two excellent actors who were completely underserved in the first two films being given the chance for their time to shine in future films. If they can keep them as relatively low budget as this one, they could manage to make some fun films. An absolutely massive improvement over Answer The Call with its overly improvised scripts and bad jokes. (Except Leslie Jones, who was great in that)

I worked at one school where I could never get it done, and never get it in place. The reason was SLT didn't back it, and refused to when I pushed them to. They found it easy to call and pick up the phone, rather than track things properly. You need to get SLT backing to get it in place, you really do.
