The BBC in particular. You can't watch the news without some fawning overpaid imbecile wibbling on about it all; dribbling slavishly over some such nonsense like an interview with someone just because they ate a dougnut one of the royal corgis pi$$ed on at a garden party in the 1980's. You think it's bad here? I couldn't believe the wall-to-wall coverage and specualtion when I was in Australia over Easter. It was dreadful!

Yeah ... some folk are being dragged out the woodwork, but that is now't new for TV / News folk ... just think of the number of folk who *might* have once had a pint in a pub near a village that was once passed through by Obama's great, great, great, great, grandad. (I might be short of a generation in there). And not forgetting the girl who once kissed the boy who mowed the lawn of Posh Spice's music teacher!

In my humble opinion both she and Susanna could do with a few tips from Louise Minchin on quality presentation.

I shall of course not be watching it, I'll probably be out somewhere doing some photography, taking advantage of the extra day off.

However, the weird "Victorian school mistress" phase she when through recently tarnished her allure in my eyes. anyway, AFAIK Susanna is making the move oop North, but not Sian - you may get your wish. Aside from being completely talentless? I don't agree. I quite like the way politicos still haven't learned that she's not the soft option for interviews that she appears.
