What's the gender ratio in your department?

What's the ratio of men:women in your department? Mainly of interest are technical departments, i.e. network management as oppose to teaching.

I am my own department so a ratio seems to be an overcomplecated metric in my case, and what if I refuse to grow up?

Three of us in IT Support: 2 male: 1 female.

 

For a long time it was 1:1.

 

All non-teaching.

Currently employed in my dept, it's all male. However the previous IT manager was female (she left and I was promoted), we also have a female vounteer, but as she not employed I haven't counted her in the poll.

 

No teaching staff in my dept (use to be), however we do have strong links with the ICT academic dept

All women But then there's only me. As a school we have men in 2 full-time posts and 2 part-time posts, so men are rather outnumbered.

No idea, but it would be me if teaching staff were included.. technical only, we're 2:1 in male favour.

We have 3 male technicians (inc NM) plus 2 females who are in charge of SIMS et al but still contribute to the team when necessary. I answered 3:1 as one of the females only works four days.
