5GB file quota here, with 10-year retention. 2GB mailbox quota, with 7-year retention. If they want more, they can ask.

 

If you don't control it, your storage requirements just grow and grow...

Nothing! We did away with drives for Staff as they are all on Google Drive now with the share drives on Google Team Drives.

 

Students get 1GB user areas and each student share drive is 250GB

Staff email. Retention only on the deleted items

Students email 2 year retention on all folders in mailbox

Unlimited for all here - we are on GSuite for Education. Of course, it does not promote good practice, and if ever Google start charging, I dread to think about the clear up of massive duplication.
