1337haxxor Posted September 16, 2009 Posted September 16, 2009 Does any one know what comes after Ctrl Alt?
korifugi Posted September 16, 2009 Posted September 16, 2009 usually the spacebar if you're looking across the keyboard...
tech_guy Posted September 16, 2009 Posted September 16, 2009 Ah, a budding hacker perhaps from Myton or Aylesford?
HenningWalker Posted September 16, 2009 Posted September 16, 2009 I spent the first few years of my life at Ann Arbor at the University of Michigan doing an MA in programming, and we were never told how to use this command. Even at my current position of Network Manager at the University of Cambridge I have still not heard it mentioned!
powdarrmonkey Posted September 16, 2009 Posted September 16, 2009 Well, they're both sock puppets - look at their profiles. :spam:
powdarrmonkey Posted September 16, 2009 Posted September 16, 2009 Ah, a budding hacker perhaps from Myton or Aylesford? There are plenty of schools around here. Not one of ours though, smoothwall takes care of that
SC-UK Posted September 16, 2009 Posted September 16, 2009 usually the spacebar if you're looking across the keyboard... Unless you are using a proper machine! http://farm3.static.flickr.com/2634/3925981116_1de11eff2a_o.jpg Awaits flaming! Also, it would appear I need to clean my keyboard a little.

oalcock Posted September 16, 2009 Posted September 16, 2009 Maybe this could be an easier option for you? http://hdgames.files.wordpress.com/2008/01/ctrl-alt-del.jpeg
SC-UK Posted September 16, 2009 Posted September 16, 2009 Isn't that one of those really large keypads on a phone for people with dodgy eyesight!? I should have really added something into the image for scale. Note the size of the keyboard next to an ordinary credit card: http://farm3.static.flickr.com/2590/3925210983_0790d1e441_o.jpg Also note my expert photoshopping ability. I'm quite the master 2
tech_guy Posted September 16, 2009 Posted September 16, 2009 (edited) I spent the first few years of my life at Ann Arbor at the University of Michigan doing an MA in programming, and we were never told how to use this command. Even at my current position of Network Manager at the University of Cambridge I have still not heard it mentioned! "I spent the first few years of my life" - Wow, whilst still a baby in nappies you were doing programming! Genius! Is that the University of Cambridge in the UK? How is Mr Jon Warbrick these days? And I was at a very interesting talk given by The Director of the University Computing Service, Dr. Ian Lewis, last year. Edited September 16, 2009 by tech_guy
