You could implement a internal proxy we use dansguardian and squid here which the kids go though first. blocking all the sites that the teachers use that we don't want the kids on Edited by rush_tech

The ideal scenario, is, of course to run your own filter - but this has a time/money cost.

Can SWGFL give you a different proxy address with changed settings, then you can GPO that to staff machines?

With embc we got them to setup a different filtering group for staff - so when they login to the embc portal they get different filtering levels - don't know whether swgfl can do same.

If you force all students through your own proxy you can slow down internet access if you are not careful as machines connect to multiple proxy servers at internet providers,

I am reluctant to use the staff proxy due to the teachers leaving their computers on and unsupervised so that the children can access YouTube etc.

I have suggested keepvid.com so that they can download the clip they want

Set group policies so that the staff users have their screen go into standby after so long, then ask for a password on wake. Screensaver works too, in fact I think that's what we do here.
