Just to try and make you feel a little better, I don't like Nirvana but do like Dr Who ;) Hello Billie Piper... 8)

Well I have just been told that I cannot wear any heavy metal band t-shirts during the holidays as some people may find them offensive. Also my new beard makes me look evil and would I consider shaving it off.

Well I guess I can't wear my geekish SQL query T-shirt either then :| But a beard? That's just stupid. (Not beards, the reason.. ;))

@richard you get bonus points for being an actual 'beardy' techy.

i think mighty.grey.eagle is daring me to bring in my more scary metal band t-shirts next week, i have a SOAD t-shirt somewhre that i bought purely because it looks hideous. I think the favourite Dr Who thing gives away you age, the last time i watched it Syvester McCoy was being chased by a guy wrapped in tin-foil.

Anyway I'm sure the balance will be restored when Geoff arrives in his 'Unix terrorism' t-shirt.

To all those that don't like Dr Who - your're all wrong - you just are! :p

Its brilliant, but I do think the first series was better with Christopher Ecclestone - he was more edgy and just seemed more 'real' (if you can apply that term to sci-fi) :?: David Tennent feels more like a pantomine Dr.

Have never got into Star Wars, Star Trek was okay but I wasn't a big fan. :D

I wouldn't wear cradle of filth to work. The main ones I wear are Iron Maiden along with a couple of Trivium shirts.

Bonnie Langford???? Oh my god.

Anyway. Back to geek uniform. What about tanktops? I am sure I have one at home that my mother knitted for me.

I have a lovely knitted cardie, just for the girly geek out there...

I don't think my school like me wearing one of my obscure indieband T-shirts (probably the one that says: "when do we start fighting?" on the back). Mind you, they probably don't like me wearing my 'Smash Your Computer' t-shirt either...

I haven't been told to shave my beard yet... :-D

I used to have a Beastie Boys Tee with 'Get Off My Dick' across the back... wish I hadn't given it to a Help The Aged shop now!!

Come on I'm still relatively young and I've watched at least one episode from each of the doctors (Not when originally aired of course!)

I'm too young to have watched most of them first time round but I watched almost a full day of old eps on UKTV Gold last year before the new series started :D
