Cashless Catering

As our current provider (Tali) are getting out of the cashless catering market I am starting to prepare a shortlist of companies we may want to consider moving forwards.  At the moment I am aware of Cunninghams, Civica and SwiftQ.  If anyone has any experience of the above it would be greatly appreciated, particularly around the following areas if you know:

• Online Payments - Yes, via ParentPay | Yes, via own platform | No
• MIS Sync (particularly iSAMS or via Wonde / Groupcall)
• Integration with MySchoolPortal

 

Any feedback before I properly start digging would be greatly appreciated.

Just an FYI, you will pay more for a yearly integration cost between a 3rd party payment provider (Such as parentpay) with CRBCunninghams than you would be to use their iPayimpact platform. So make sure they quote you with that when pricing up your options
