Problems this morning with Bromcom?

Yes, no problems for us either other than a few slightly slow reports but that seems to be back up to speed now. Very smooth start to the year for our schools. Well done Bromcom!

Also had a good start, Bromcom has been faster than ever and staff have noticed and no complaints. Just wish they'd reply to partner supports tickets now

I wouldn't say this matched our reality. We had at least one brief outage and yesterday I was having to wait over a minute for the groups page to load, every, single, time.

 

That's not to say it's not better... but boy was that bar ever low.

Yep, issues loading student & group modules and with attendance. Seems to have come back to life in the last few mins.

We found user-defined flags were triplicated in teacher registers at one school, refreshing the system cache resolved it.
