That was my understanding. I'm not a lawyer, but what's in the contract is legally binding. No matter how stupid it is.

 

Its better than that, whats in a contract may or maynot be legaly binding but the method of finding out is very expensive.

We got our third party support to install an onsite archive version of SIMS after we migrated so this is worth a try if possible. It was easier for us because we do not need the updates etc, just the final version of the database and remote access.
