Davit2005 Posted September 6, 2021 Posted September 6, 2021 What model of switch is this for. Some HP use the old 3com language called comware whilst the older HP switches use a version called ProVision. Slight difference in terminology and syntax.
Oaktech Posted September 8, 2021 Posted September 8, 2021 Honestly, I just read the manual for the switch in question. The differences in OS between former 3Com switches, Old Aruba, Old Pro-Curve and current offerings makes it very difficult to just 'learn HP' I have a mix of all 3 types and making them talk to one across multiple links, when one requires a 'Trunk', one requires a LAG and one requires nothing because LACP is permanently enabled to all do the same thing, is a bit of a challenge. 1
