My Head has asked me to check the junk for it as it hasn't arrive yet. Has anyone had it yet, and if so, can you confirm what email address it comes from? Thanks. Based upon the 'you will receive an email on the 31st March' we've been asked to check all over the place to look for the email, as 'it must be there somewhere!' when in actual fact it hadn't been sent at all...

fiza Posted April 7, 2020 Posted April 7, 2020 Has anyone tried to upload a CSV file onto the site? How long does it normally take? We have a list of only 24 rows and it is stuck on "please wait while we upload and validate your file request" for at least 15 minutes so far.
HPlum78 Posted April 7, 2020 Posted April 7, 2020 As with the Tesco EV site, i have written a PowerShell script (well function) that connects to the site using the codes they supply selects the voucher fills out all the details on the site then the voucher is mailed to a mail that is setup so that someone can mail them out (this is due to the data, as others have found sending out codes and emails that are in your MIS systems may mean that someone else get a ~£30 voucher, hence the reason that they want them mailed out!) happy to share if anyone needs a similar solution.

Too many data issues but I have had a few CFOs saying the same data is not reliable enough (even after a recent data sanitising process at one school!) problem is you cannot force people to keep there info up to date...

We use smoothwall and have added the site still no success. Any Thoughts Progress of sorts.... The information has been uploaded but has hit a wall.
