For those of you coming from the station who need to go via Tesco, leave the station as normal with the high wall on your left and then follow the long straight road all the way down to the traffic lights with Jarwardins cafe on the left. Turn left and follow the very narrow path past the church (it turns hard right then hard left) and once you surface, Tesco is 100 yards down on your left just past the still guarded radioactive cafe...

 

To get back to Bish, reverse your path back to the cafe, then keep going straight on, under the main gate and turn left at the security hut. The black door on the Close is closed (the one with the Goulding plaque) so make your way round and use the Exeter street entrance on the main road.

 

For those of you parking, we are expecting some large deliveries tomorrow so please park on the left hand side of the car park (anywhere near the bus, yes it's still there...)

 

I'll leave plenty of signs out to direct everyone to the lawn

Well, I did it. I got organised...sort of.

 

Arrived at Ludlow campsite just before 10pm. Currently in my tent enjoying a bottle of Dunkerton's Black Fox Cider. Just the one, though; I've got an early start in the morning.

 

Unfortunately I won’t be able to attend due to family reasons. I hope you all have a great time though.

I'm probably getting an earlier train due to potential strike action at South West Trains. Will likely still wait at the station, though. Will keep you posted.

@StevieM if @witch has already left, I've got some https://www.sainsburys.co.uk/shop/gb/groceries/foil-food-bags-storage/sainsburys-sandwich-bags--captive-flap-x60. Any good? Leaving @ 10ish if so. If Aldi sell them, there's one near the station I'm leaving from.

Regrettably I've had to abandon my journey due to being caught up in a road closure near Littlehampton. I was sat in traffic for over an hour and I'm not even halfway. By the time I arrive I will have to head back.

 

On the plus side, I am re-visiting a nice pub between Chichester and Midhurst that I found when I got lost on another journey!
