BatchFile Posted February 10, 2016 Posted February 10, 2016 Problems here (Cumbria) - getting a lot of this:
hallb15 Posted February 10, 2016 Posted February 10, 2016 Its working fine for us in Leeds although the Exchange status says Restoring Service. When you click for more info you get this: EX42368 09 Feb 2016 18:24 Restoring service Current Status: Engineers have implemented a configuration change to optimize the affected infrastructure. At this time, the service is once again processing data as expected. However, due to the backlog of data that was awaiting processing, engineers expect that it will take up to 48 hours for the system to be fully caught up. In the interim, report generation should function, but the data may not be up-to-date. User Impact: There is no end user impact. Impact is specific to tenant and compliance administrators. The affected administrators may have experienced delays generating or processing reports. Affected reports include: aggregation reports, extended messaging tracing and all other scheduled reports. Customer Impact: Impact is limited to tenant administrators attempting to utilize reporting functionality. However, those customers affected likely have a large number of users experiencing impact. Engineers have received a few isolated customer reports of this issue. Incident Start Time: Saturday, February 6, 2016, at 6:00 AM UTC Estimated Restoration Time: By Thursday, February 11, 2016, at 6:30 PM UTC Preliminary Root Cause: Active Directory network saturation caused authentication failures within a portion of infrastructure that facilitates report generation, resulting in delays when generating or processing reports. Next Update by: Thursday, February 11, 2016, at 6:30 PM UTC
BatchFile Posted February 10, 2016 Posted February 10, 2016 SIMS Teacher app is down due to an "Azure Service Relay Bus" issue... Methinks there's a connection there and this is two symptoms of the same M$ issue. Perhaps. Which doesn't get us any closer to fixing it :-(
