How did people survive in the world before tech.

I just wasted £5 renting a movie, load of rubbish and over the top.

Too cold and dull to go for a walk.

One of the non-tech things I like to do is a good crossword [Cryptic or non-cryptic] Very satisfying to solve a knotty clue.

I haven't had time to be bored. I'm exhausted from watching the rugby!

Sudoku can keep me quiet for ages. Reading is an engrained habit from childhood. And it's never too cold for a walk... Occasionally too wet, but cold and grey don't stop us.

Or just a general project. Mine at the moment (if I ever get round to it) is making a decent sound system out of MDF four tweeters, four speakers and a subwoofer. :)

Projects are the way to go! I'm currently converting a 1980s racing bike to a 'hipster fixie'. Currently disassembled the whole bike and just about stripped back all the paint ready for a respray.

I drove out to a country park with a friend, went for a walk to the viewpoint, had soup and rolls out of a flask, came home, walked over to a local craft fair, paid a pound to enter and had a cup of coffee (or tea) and a piece of cake thrust into my hand as I walked through the door... That's what Sunday's are about!

Buy a classic car that needs work. You'll never be bored again! Frustrated, angry, bruised, but never bored...

Or have any money.

(this coming from a man with 3 classic Hondas and a BSA)

Had a great walk in the park with my girlfriend yesterday late afternoon, pleased to find the coffee shop still open at 4-30, so sat and had a latte and a chocolate cake, was a lovely day for a walk, nice and quiet and pleasant enough to sit outside with the coffee. (Then back home for lamb shanks).

Ahh i miss my Sunday League football, was injured all of last season and this season my team folded...i'm not one to go out looking for teams though, only reason i started playing was because a few of my friends played for them. Wouldn't go to a team where i don't know anyone.

As for boredum i can't complain about it at home otherwise the OH will want to go look at xmas decorations around all the shops!

Well I spent the afternoon on the final stretch of removing the crankshaft from a Lister Petter TS3 engine.

You poor afflicted man. You have my sympathy.

Stationary engine or boat engine?

We have a staff team here, and we play against other schools. Friday kickabouts are a laugh!
