LeightonJames Posted October 29, 2015 Posted October 29, 2015 (edited) Well done winners and Good Luck to everyone for tomorrow. I have just been passed this note direct from Very PC and thought I would share it with you all. As you can see, it is 10000000000% official and in no way a forgery. @VeryPC said he would deny it if I shared it but I had to let you all know the truth. Thanks for playing the game people but it has all been for naught. Edited October 29, 2015 by LeightonJames 1

bitznpcz Posted October 30, 2015 Posted October 30, 2015 Do you also write rude words upside down (like we did on calculators in the 80s??) :-)
StevieM Posted October 30, 2015 Posted October 30, 2015 Hey, hey! It's the last day of Socktober! Looking forward to watching Colette and Rose performing their final challenge yesterday. @VeryPC - You do realise that if the 'outdoor pursuit' doesn't contain our two heroines hitching their skirts as they dash through the car park*, there will be many a sad-face Geek. Liken it to waking up on Christmas morning to find Santa lying dead in your fire place. Just to get everyone in the mood, here is my photo as promised (or threatened). *Accompanied by the theme music to either 'Chariots of Fire' - (slow motion video) - or 'The Benny Hill Show' - (fast motion video). 2
sparkeh Posted October 30, 2015 Posted October 30, 2015 I had to phone an insurance company last night, I think the guy on the phone was super bored as he was taking in a robot voice which has me in fits. He was also called Alan. "He-llo, thank you for call-ing e-sure, my name is Al-an..."

He was also called Alan. "He-llo, thank you for call-ing e-sure, my name is Al-an..." That's his second job. Do you also write rude words upside down (like we did on calculators in the 80s??) :-) I'm just impressed with the calculator M/W. What a difference that would have made!
