The VeryPC marketing/creative department have been up to our necks in custom branding jobs and preparing our first monthly "TAP Deals" eshot (which many of you probably received this morning actually - hope you liked it). Don't you just hate it when real work gets in the way of real "work"? Anyway, I'm all caught up now. Thanks everyone for joining us in this preambulatory stage. Thanks for the posts, the pics and urrr... the... prayers(?). Reading an interpretation of the Lord's prayer aimed at yourself is something of a uniquely strange experience, so thanks @sonofsanta for that one. That's Will dropping off a load of Socktober 2014 leftovers last Xmas so they can go to homeless shelters. We'll be doing the same this year, but no need to wait for Xmas, October is the month of socks after all (also beginning of the chilly season). Al 1

Please donate my socks to a good cause, and any potential Haribo too. You'll get way more advertising from the homeless, the only 'people' that will see my shoeless feet here are the rats. 2

That's very kind @vikpaw We will have enough to donate plenty to the homeless after sending all entrants their free pair (we intentionally over-ordered our expectations). You can get your pair and still be safe in the knowledge that lots are going to a good cause too. So is it okay to still send you your free socks?
