korifugi Posted August 6, 2018 Posted August 6, 2018 Mine too. I've recently been playing through the remastered version on PS4. Hyped for the release of Valkyria Chronicles 4 in September as it's the first "proper" (given 2 and 3 were PSP only and IIRC 3 only came out in Japan) sequel we've had to the PS3 original. Haven't played it but by all accounts Valkyria Revolution on PS4 is more a final fantasy style game than the turn based strategy you'd expect so is more a spin-off. I'm just trying to decide whether to buy it on PS4 or Switch The first one was so good that mechanics changes to the sequels was making me think the series was dead.... 4 looks exactly like everything that made the first one so awesome (although I remember shouting at the game when they Isara - the next mission I was out for blood)

Still playing the remaster slowly but ive fallen back into playing xenoblade 2 again lol. created a new account on my switch so i dont have to delete my existing save and and playing on "bringer of chaos mode" (hard default ive not gone in and made it stupid hard with customisation lol) and im getting killed a lot. on the plus side i got 6 rare blades in one session and some of them are ones i barely used as i got them towards end game or new game plus last time

Sidewinder > Type 6 & Vulture > Type 7 & FDS > bought a Type 9 last night to spend a week bomping some trade missions in. Hopefully be able to buy a python next weekend and kit it out for boom booms! Aint got Horizons yet - waiting for it to go on 50% off on Steam.

Plus canyon racing your little fighter through mountain ranges is lots of fun!

It's a very pretty game! Pretty is an understatement, it is breathtakingly beautiful!! Mining is a lot of fun too both on your own or with a friend! 2
