Dose anyone use Ebuyer business account?

Was looking at getting a few bits from ebuyer but never used the business side of them. So was wonder if anyone deal with them day to day

We have a business account and use them for various computer components, televisions, mobile phones etc. They're generally ok and delivery is usually pretty quick (5 day super saver often arrives early), although they usually use Yodel!!

We have been dealing with them for years. I have absolutely no issue with them. Prices are good, and as @Chris_ says, delivery is always speedy.

We've got a business account. It was like pulling teeth getting it, but once we got it its incredibly easy to use - you just do stuff online and choose PO as your order type.

Same, order from them most months, standard account, it was a ball ache getting a business account setup at the time so didnt bother. Our account always has free next day delivery now, might be because of how much stuff we have ordered!

Used to have one, used them on a daily basis until they suspended our account as we changed the name of the school without telling them. Oh well their loss...

We have one and use it regularly. Ebuyer are good and always deliver quickly.

 

The financial side of the account was a bit of a pain to set up, but once in place its dead easy to use.

 

Just make sure that your Finance people pay the bills regularly as Ebuyer will suspend your account at the drop of a hat if invoices are not paid in a timely fashion.

Yes. Usually fine. Always worth contacting them and haggling.....good luck finding a phone number! Watch the return policy. Unbendable 7 days. Strangely the best source a.t.m for pallets of copier paper!

Got two accounts, a personal and a business one. I tend to use the personal one most though as every time I order I get another free delivery token. Where the business account I don't!

One of the school I look after uses a business account. Seems great, speedy delivery and good prices. They set up the account before I got there though so not sure about how difficult that part was??

They are always speedy but getting the account is a nightmare. My old place we used it all the time and they are always cheapest.

 

HOWEVER. I don't use them now as they were really rude to the head on the phone when he questioned some of their practices. They are based down the road from me and I know people that work there they are properly dodgy go on trust pilot and look at their reviews. My mates sister works for Ebuyer one of her daily duties is to write fake reviews and complain about bad ones until they are removed.

 

That said they are cheap....

Used to have one at one school, but was a PITA to set up and then was cancelled due to lack of use. Just use credit card now on the odd occasions we use them.

 

If you're using them regularly, worth doing.
