Exactly same problem here, Weirdly March updates still deploy fine just not April. Do you have any details on this Sophos update, I am interested to hear what they say. When i tried manually disabling web scanning on one device it didn't make any difference. Not sure if it would need turning off top level on all machines for it to work.

Can't remember model, we took them out of some old Lenovo's we had lying around. We narrowed it down by watching pings to the server. Without smart they were sitting around 2-3ms as soon as smart is open literally every 7 seconds was jumping to 2700ms. close it again goes back to normal pings and teams live lessons start behaving again. Wondered if it was something in smart being blocked on filtering in school but could replicate on Home wifi and tethering too. Really odd that it should do that. I had a niggly feeling smart was involved when we first had these problems. Its always the first place i look for any PC problems due to previous experiences with it.

We've had massive problems with that Card in a different model of HP laptop and Teams glitching, Weirdly it was linked to Smart notebook been open in the background. We also swapped for an Atheros and just connected Main antenna cable and all the problems went away!

Out of 15 managed to get 14 working fine one is still in my desk being a pain. Did have a weird issue where it was failing with "Securing Device" had to Whitelist intel.com in smoothwall as after digging around it was trying to connect to intel to do some TPM wizardry. (Despite no Turn on Bitlocker policies being set in intune)

No longer have exchange to get the exact page up for reference, but have you looked what the exchange receive connector is set as, Its not only accepting from certain IP's is it?

From the looks its either a camera or the controller has failed, In the diagnostics graphs its not showing input from one of the cameras. So not 100% sure whats failed. ive got another board i can nick parts from but i ideally just wanted a company who can come round fix it for piece of mind. Its the M600 series which seem to be a bit more fiddly than the older 600 series.

We've got 2 SBM685's which have now gone faulty within 2 months of each other, just out of warranty. Smart don't want to know and I can't seem to find any companies which are able to repair them?

Any one used myminimaths.co.uk in school yet? They want to use it at a primary school we support but it doesn't load. It all seems to point to a problem with Virgin our ISP. Wonder if someone else who uses virgin can test it and let me know if it loads. It seems to work fine through other internet connections which aren't virgin!

Exactly same problem, After days of trial and error only fix/bodge we found was to silently run a GPO update once they logged on which pulls them down every time. Its definitely a windows 10 problem, win 8/7 worked fine.

M$soft have obviously done rigorous testing for backwards compatibility with this latest "Windows breakit"...

same problem here, uninstalling net framework 4.7 and installing 4.5 seems to fix it here. i know its not a long term solution but it works in short term.

We use Mandatory profiles and really strip it down each time a student logs in it only has to load 3mb.

One school I look after all the servers were named after kids TV characters Its safe to say after the network upgrade they weren't. Just use somthing like an abreviation of the school name ***-DC-01 ***-FS-01 ***-PS-01 etc ***-MIS-01

Yep i generally find that I would rather do the leg work myself on that sort of kit. I know my network I know the schools requirement therefore all i require is a quote. Not taking the supplier through a job interview type conversation is better for everyone involved
