Your Line Manager will undoubtedly want a break from you and vice versa... and an hour or so apart scouting for things that could be useful followed by a pre arranged meet up will be the answer @abillybob

I might try it anyway though if he does go and just say to him it would be better to cover more ground!!! It would work out better if every EduGeek member would come and find me in a mob like situation, chanting my name furiousiously with Spears, shields and horses. I'm sure he would then BACK OFF.
