Started rolling this out last night. Database upgrade took the best part of 50 minutes so I didn't catch as many clients as I'd have liked. They seem to be going across this morning without any issues thus far though.

What fun I had this morning - Now who do I shout at as Intouch is now broken (worked yesterday) and the bl*@&y update wont work.

So it might be pathetic of me, but the bit I'm liking best about this release is the fact that Assessment Manager is going retro, harking back to 2007, with the welcome removal of tick-untick functionality to hide and unhide columns or make them read only and more frequent random crashes.

Not the best update for us - the loss of the tick/untick box for hidden columns is going to be a pain in neck and soooo time consuming.

 

Oh yeah, and exams organiser didn't work... (much more about our installation though!)

Is the functionality to hide/unhide and make read only still there? (Just not using the quick tick boxes?)

Still there but you have to open the column details box to access it. It's 4 clicks instead of one.

Looks like the problem in assessement manager and not being able to tick/untick is fixed in the Autumn 2 update, according to a known-issues list

And I heard today the Autumn release has been withdrawn so delaying the update again.... roll on Autumn 2
