What toner companies do you use? are there any that you can get freebies with a fair sized order?

Futurform are pretty good and will beat almost any other quote for toner. We used to have a 'cheapest free' deal with them when we were buying £1500+ a month.

Generally speaking you don't want anyone sending you anything as a freebie. If you have a strict finance system you may have issues, and more to the point there's generally bad reasons for sending freebies in the first place. Look up "football tickets" and "millennium toner" for examples.

We use a company that offers 'freebies' in exchange for toner orders.

 

However, when I told our sales contact that we preferred lower prices without the freebies, we achieved a considerable cost saving by declining the 'free' items.

 

There's no such thing as a free lunch, as someone once said.

We use inkwell by Silicon Alley, you get complete stock on site and you only pay when you use the toner, prices are comparable as well with other vendors.

 

The main benefit for us is because you do not pay for toners upfront if you get rid of a machine you are not left with toner you don't need that you have paid for, you just contact them and they collect it, you have had it on site and not paid a penny for it.

 

Can't recommend them enough to be honest, all you have to do is fill in the online form of what toner you have used in that month and they invoice you, simples.

Usually just buy them off amazon or misco (whichever is cheapest).

We also buy from a local company called Kleen Strike based in Rochdale. They always provide a great service.
