Ciabatta bread roll, chicken breast, bacon , avocado, cheese like brie, salt n pepper

Mash avacodo with salt n pepper

Cook the chicken breast(s) and bacon either fried or however you want to cook them

Warm the ciabatta rolls up

Cut and Butter the rolls, insert avacodo paste , insert chicken n bacon, put sliced brie on top, close roll and insert into oven or under grill etc to melt the cheese and then serve and enjoy :-)

Not sure if the above is weird but defo scrummy !!

I have something very similar but without butter and in a home baked bread sandwich toasted in my george foreman grill

Cant recall where it was but I had pizza from somewhere and you couldn't see the toppings as they put cheese on top of the toppings and sauce, was great and meant you didnt drop any toppings as they were in the melted cheese!!

I agree with sentiments, gravy and ketchup/sauce of any kind is very much wrong as I see it and a food no-no, no need to add sauce to sauce ! as regards salt and pepper though, my grandparents are very much in the "Add Salt" to everything bracket, even if they have cooked it with a touch of salt, things like Veg, they will then add more salt to it at the table before eating it, something that I cannot fathom.

That being said too, they are both in their late seventies now having spent their lives salting up everything they eat and eating all forms of red/white meat and fish pretty much constantly throughout that time, frying everything in Lard/dripping and cooking with suet/trex while following up on a fair amount of meals with puddings and enjoying a few beers, lots to be said of health eating and balanced diets when I look at them :) or is it that their a much different and probably more robust generation.

one thing you can do is this

McDonalds Double Cheese burger, split it in half, put in the McDonalds Chicken Mayo...close and enjoy

That sounds like a burger of win there.

I haven't heard of hunters chicken coming in a roll though, thats a new and slightly awesome idea as well !

But it still tastes like junk. Just go to a proper burger place, Byrons and their Burgerzilla or whatever they call it will blow your mind out the door. A bit pricey but you get what you pay for except McDonalds where you are overcharged... :troll:
