I'd stop teachers automatically going into "It's impossible! I'll never understand it... La-la-la-la, I'm not listening" mode... and actually get them to try using computers.

 

Oh and while I'm at it, give them a technical vocabulary that means I finally understand what "thingy", "whattsit", "the thing!.. you know!" .. actually mean't.

I nearly threw my tablet pc out of the window today (I wont say who makes it but you can probably guess). Instead of a wand I wanted a machete to hack it in half. Had to take a walk around town to calm down. Who ships anything with just 256MB RAM these days? Numpties.
