Dear All, We recently introduced Intouch to SIMS. I know you are probably thinking, 'why?' as it will eventually be replaced. Long story! I know on the front homepage of the original SIMS, you can have the Missing Registers Notification so you can send a message to staff to complete their registers. I wanted to know if you can send this via Intouch instead, so it appears in the staff Outlook Inbox? Any help would be appreciated. I am also aware of NetSupport Notify, but I want to save money before I explore any other ideas. Thank you James

Hi All, I have recently downloaded student data, including contact details. Trouble is their are multiple columns because they have different priority contacts. Example Adno Name Reg Year Parental Salutation Defined Field Relationship Priority Parental responsibility Defined Field_2 Full name Title Primary Telephone Primary Email Mobile number 999999 Bloggs, Jane 8L 8 Mr & Mrs Bloggs Mother 1 T Mrs Bloggs Mrs 1 [email protected] 1 999999 Bloggs, Jane 8L 8 Mr & Mrs Bloggs Father 2 T Mr Bloggs Mr 2 [email protected] 2 999999 Bloggs, Jane 8L 8 Mr & Mrs Bloggs Aunt 3 F Mrs Potter Mrs 3 [email protected] 3 What I am trying to produce is Name - Contact 1 - Contact 2 - Contact 3 - Contact 4 as an example on one single column. Yes. One Main sheet with all student's GCSE options and then a breakdown of a seperate sheet for each subject in one workbook please.

Dear All, I have students choosing their GCSE options via a Google Form which then populates their options in a google sheet. I then break down the choices into each separate subject sheets. What I want to do is create an automatic list i.e. when somebody chooses art then their name is populated in the art sheet. I hope this makes sense. Is there a formula that can help with this?
