Fustrated with the lack of OCL broadband SIMS SLA for this year

Reading through it states its prices will be not be based on pupils on role this will now change . It should Says it will provide fttc when available in our area ( it already is ) i can see our SLT sticking with OCL now. I will have to look at last years pricing structure and compare i whats changed . Edited by klingklang

Are you on a ADSL connection then? I am sure that there are other providers that can provide fttc for you!

Actually forget what I said because I can't find that section again, the filtering charge is per pupil.

 

I found it

 

The new broadband bundle pricing reflects proposals recommended to Lancashire

County Council by One Connect Limited, to change the aggregated pricing model

based on school pupil numbers, to a market rate pricing model.

Would you believe the cheek of OCL BTLS they are trying to charge us for the 30 days in April even though they extended the deadline to the end of April.

Hi All Check your bill closely

 

Just did a bit of checking and the cheeky Bast__ds have added £500 on to the price in the Actual bill to the price on the SLA document. If I was using these idiots I would be checking all there figures, ours is straight forward they are trying to bill us for a month and they have got there sums wrong would hate to see how many mistakes if we were with them for a year.

Managed to get our pricing. happy with it to a degree, however we still haven't got our full SLA yet (Cumbria - Academy) - been promised it everyday this week so far...
