elsiegee40 Posted January 18, 2014 Posted January 18, 2014 The schedule on the Android app has been updated to 2014. The plan is rubbish and nothing else seems to work. The iOS app seems to be on 2013 still.

The Android app now has a 2014 schedule, but the tabs for Exhibitors, Products and Speakers do nothing (I am surprised the Exhibitors, who are paying massive fees after all, aren't moaning) Last year's app included presentations in exhibitor theatres (like Microsoft) as well as exhibition theatres; this year they aren't there. The iOS app is still doing last year! It is so frustrating!

They still have more updates to do but it is getting there. It is worth saying that I have had no response from any tweet or DM, which is not very good and I will feed it back to the visitors' advisory group (I still know one or two people on it).
Dos_Box Posted January 19, 2014 Posted January 19, 2014 I've downloaded bot the iOS and Android apps yesterday and still can't get to grips with them. Having several hundred pins all on screen at once it awful. What's wrong with clicking or searching for on an exhibitor and just having their pin show? What is even worse is that there is still no floorplan on the website. Hopefully this will be fixed by the time the show starts.

I'm also bringing my new facepaint pack (if it arrives in time) on Friday as the boss has asked me to paint some faces of office and support staff who will be there. I'm happy as it means I get to keep doing facepaint Friday!

The App store shows 2014, the app shows 2013. Complete pile of cr@p. Very poor for a technology show. And, as Dos_Box says, there is no floor plan to be found anywhere for general viewing

Still getting schedule for 2013. iPhone 4 with iOS7 I'll use my Galaxy Note tablet for the schedule!
