A friend of mine is a competitive runner and he pointed me at this site. He swears by the method outlined here; most runners train above their ideal zone. Hopefully this is of some help.

In the interest of preventing any vote rigging does anyone have a link to the rules? We don't want to have any issues as vote spamming is easy but may result in issues.

 

We were all sent an email today from Runners World telling us that they log IP address so multiple ones will be removed and counted as one vote. Seems a shame really as I could in theory get 750 pupils to vote for me from school but as we use two IP addresses through the LEA then I guess only two votes would count.

At least you can count everyone who has voted and posted here as at least one real vote anyway.
