Grab a cheap bedsheet from ASDA in King or Super King and several metres of wide ribbon and some safety pins, then, depending on whether you are Male or Female: Male Roman Clothing Female Roman Clothing

Some branches twisted into a horseshoe and pinned in place and some flat strappy sandals from primark (if your feet are small enough try the womens shoe department)

Same here. I have all sorts of gowns from period to fantasy floating around. Looking forward to a party this weekend as I'll be debuting my newest creation!

Had an email yesterday from an associate organisation about fancy dress for today.

it mentioned various things about the suitability of costumes and one thing said "No Flesh"

I made two sugestions to my associate who would be there.

as NO FLESH could be show....

1) Go as the invisible man, route phone calls to his house and have the day off.

2) Go as a mummy, send in a random off the street dressed as a mummy and instructions to ring him at home if there was an issue and have the day off.

Joker! I did this last year and it was soo simple and awesome! All you need is black, white and red face paint and some hair dye (and if your really dedicated like me, liquid latex)

One thing I would suggest though, SHAVE BEFORE PLACING ON LATEX TO THE FACE!!! I was in agony pulling that off with a bit of a beard, rookie mistake!

I'm planning on building a Grim Reaper costume for Saturday, there are no decent free patterns online that I can find so I'm gonna try and wing it with screen dumps of Dead Like Me s introduction scene, those robes look epic and I know the only way I'm gonna get something decent is to do it myself.
